Ruthan grew up in the Fredericksburg area and began working for her father, John, in 1974, shortly after he opened the first Real Estate office at Lake of the Woods. With her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Certified Residential Broker License- matched with a unique familiarity of local history- she has been enjoying a successful, full-time career in Real Estate.

Ruthan and husband Bud enjoy living in such a beautiful area amongst family and friends. The location is superb for day trips of historical or recreational interest.
